By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any service offered by 9bdt, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions, together with the 9bdt Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings between you and 9bdt relating to the subject matter hereof. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other 9bdt communication (including marketing materials, social media posts, or informal support correspondence), these Terms shall prevail.

To register and use the 9bdt platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 9bdt strictly enforces the minimum age requirement of 21 years. Players found to be under 21 will have their accounts closed immediately and any balance returned to the original payment method.
• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a professional athlete, official, referee, team staff member, or any person in a position of trust in relation to any sporting event upon which 9bdt offers betting markets, where registering would constitute a conflict of interest.
• You have not previously been excluded, banned, or otherwise restricted from using the 9bdt platform or any affiliated service.
• You are not subject to any legal restriction that would render your use of the 9bdt platform unlawful in your personal jurisdiction.
• You are not a resident of any territory where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.

9bdt reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension or closure without prior notice. All eligibility determinations made by 9bdt are final.

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on the 9bdt platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any bonus funds held therein.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are required to notify 9bdt promptly of any changes to your registered details by contacting support at [email protected]. 9bdt is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain current account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. All activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised that activity. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, you must notify 9bdt immediately. 9bdt will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable precautions to secure their credentials.

• Do not share your password with any third party under any circumstances.
• Enable SMS two-factor authentication for enhanced account security.
• Log out of your account after every session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Contact support immediately at [email protected] if you notice suspicious activity on your account.

9bdt reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including accounts where 9bdt has reason to believe that the information provided is inaccurate, that the account holder does not meet eligibility requirements, or that the account is being used in breach of these Terms.

9bdt processes all transactions exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). No currency conversion is applied at any stage. All deposits, withdrawals, bet placements, and bonus credits occur in BDT, and the balance displayed in your account at all times reflects BDT amounts without any hidden conversion or markup.

The following payment methods are supported on the 9bdt platform for both deposits and withdrawals:

• bKash — Instant deposit processing; withdrawals typically completed within 15 minutes.
• Nagad — Instant deposit processing; withdrawals typically completed within 15 minutes.
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank) — Same-day processing for deposits and withdrawals.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum withdrawal amounts and daily limits may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. 9bdt reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with standard anti-money-laundering procedures.

9bdt operates a strict anti-money-laundering (AML) policy. Any deposit or withdrawal pattern that 9bdt's risk monitoring systems flag as unusual may be subject to additional verification steps. 9bdt reserves the right to delay, suspend, or refuse any transaction in connection with its AML obligations. Funds that are the proceeds of illegal activity must not be deposited on the 9bdt platform under any circumstances.

All bets placed on the 9bdt platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the market, event, or game in question, as published on the platform at the time of bet placement. In addition, the following general betting rules apply to all products on 9bdt:

• A bet is confirmed only upon receipt of a bet confirmation message. Bets that have not been confirmed are not valid.
• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be amended, cancelled, or withdrawn by the player except where a cash-out option has been explicitly offered and accepted.
• 9bdt reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed on a market offered in error, at incorrect odds, or in circumstances where the outcome of the event was already known at the time of bet placement.
• In-play betting markets are offered in real time during live events. 9bdt accepts no liability for any delay in the publication of live odds caused by network latency, data feed interruptions, or other technical factors outside 9bdt's direct control.
• For cricket betting markets specifically, all BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and bilateral series bets are settled in accordance with the official result published by the relevant cricket governing body (BCB, BCCI, ICC). In the event of a match abandonment without any official result, bets will be voided and stakes returned.

For slot and casino game results, the outcome of each round is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) operated by the relevant game provider (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, or Ezugi, as applicable). 9bdt does not have the ability to influence the outcome of any game round. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be raised with 9bdt support within 48 hours of the relevant game session.

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions and to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

All bonus terms are written in English and published in full on the relevant promotion page or communicated directly to the player prior to acceptance. 9bdt does not accept responsibility for any misunderstanding of bonus terms arising from a player's failure to read the applicable conditions before claiming an offer.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 9bdt platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, any pending withdrawals withheld pending investigation, and may be subject to further action as permitted by applicable law:

• Creating or operating more than one account on the 9bdt platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point during account verification.
• Using software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or any automated tool to place bets, interact with games, or manipulate the platform in any way.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or pricing mistakes in any market or game offered on the platform.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or placing bets on the basis of insider knowledge relating to any sporting event.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, whether in live casino games or any other product.
• Depositing funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity or using the 9bdt platform for money laundering purposes.
• Attempting to circumvent any 9bdt security measure, access control, or account restriction.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 9bdt support staff or other users of the platform.
• Engaging in charge-back fraud or disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider without first raising the matter with 9bdt support.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 9bdt platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, or transmit any 9bdt content without prior written permission.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the 9bdt platform or its underlying software.
• Use the 9bdt brand name, logo, or any other 9bdt trademark in any commercial context without explicit written authorisation.
• Scrape, crawl, or programmatically extract any data, odds, or content from the 9bdt platform for any purpose.
• Frame, mirror, or embed any 9bdt content on any third-party website or application without prior written consent.

Game content made available through third-party providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is licensed to 9bdt for display on the platform. These providers' own terms and intellectual property rights are unaffected by these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 9bdt, its directors, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the 9bdt platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• Losses arising from platform downtime, maintenance windows, or technical outages beyond 9bdt's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any odds, statistics, or other informational content displayed on the platform.
• Losses resulting from events outside 9bdt's reasonable control, including natural disasters, civil unrest, internet infrastructure failures, government actions, or force majeure events.

In all cases, 9bdt's maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you on the 9bdt platform in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The 9bdt platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. 9bdt does not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time. You may close your account by submitting a written closure request to [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, 9bdt will process any outstanding withdrawal of available balance (subject to standard verification requirements) and permanently deactivate the account within 5 business days.

9bdt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms or any supplementary policy published on the platform.
• 9bdt has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity on your account.
• You have provided false or misleading information at any stage of the registration or verification process.
• You are found to be under the minimum age of 21 years.
• 9bdt is required to close your account pursuant to a legal obligation, regulatory direction, or court order.
• 9bdt decides, in its sole discretion, to cease offering services to players in your jurisdiction.

Where an account is closed by 9bdt due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus balance and associated winnings may be forfeited. Any real-money balance that was deposited legitimately and is not the subject of an ongoing dispute or investigation will be returned to the original payment method, less any applicable processing fees.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 9bdt operates. Nothing in these Terms shall limit your rights as a consumer under applicable mandatory consumer protection laws.

In the event of a dispute between you and 9bdt, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. You should contact 9bdt support at [email protected] with a clear description of the dispute and the outcome you are seeking. 9bdt will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and endeavour to provide a substantive response within 5 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, it may be referred to a mutually agreed independent arbitration process. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights.

9bdt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations — 9bdt will endeavour to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or via an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the 9bdt platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the amendment's effective date. 9bdt strongly recommends that you review this page periodically to stay informed of the current Terms governing your use of the platform.
